1、 The after-sales service provided by our company
1. Consultation service: If users encounter any problems during use, they can call the after-sales service hotline at 0755-61113395.
2. Replacement service: For products within the replacement period, if there are quality problems caused by the manufacturer's reasons, users can go to the dealer for free replacement (if the appearance is damaged, it will be covered by warranty).
3. Warranty service: For products within the warranty period, if there are quality problems, users can entrust local dealers to provide warranty services.
4. Maintenance service: If there are quality problems with the product during the maintenance period, the user can entrust the dealer to request maintenance service.

2、 From the date of purchase, if there are any quality issues with the product under normal use:
1. The whole machine is guaranteed to be replaced within three months, with free warranty within one year and limited maintenance within three years.
2. Free two-year warranty for damaged speakers and internal components.

1. The purchase date shall be based on the date of the purchase invoice (if there is no purchase invoice, the production date shall prevail).
2. Our company does not assume after-sales service obligations for products without barcodes or serial numbers.
3. Quality issues do not include subjective objections from users regarding sound quality, timbre, etc.
4. Replacement and warranty services are only valid for general use: all damages caused by human factors (such as user disassembly, improper connection, connection of inappropriate voltage power supply, failure to use according to instructions, etc.), damages caused by transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, repairs and modifications not approved by our company are not within the scope of replacement and free warranty.
5. Our company only provides functional repairs for discontinued models of products (the appearance may differ from the original product)
6. The warranty service does not include the shell, manual, and packaging

3、 Please bring the original warranty card and purchase invoice when requesting service. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice properly. The warranty card cannot be altered, otherwise it will be invalidated.
